Madison’s Watershed Management Plan is nearing completion, and the community will soon have an opportunity to learn what the study has found and help shape the next steps for protecting Silver Lake and its watershed.
On Wednesday, October 7, from 5:30–7:00 p.m., the Watershed Steering Committee and FB Environmental Associates will host a public forum via Zoom. The team will present the challenges identified through the watershed study and discuss a proposed plan of action for addressing them.
The Watershed Management Plan is intended to provide a long-term roadmap for protecting Silver Lake by examining conditions throughout the watershed and identifying practical actions that can help protect water quality for the future.
Public input is an important part of the process, and we encourage Madison residents and others who care about Silver Lake to participate.
Please mark your calendar and join us on October 7. Zoom meeting information is provided below.
